With your help, the 2011 Special Education millage passed with overwhelming support both in Ann Arbor and across Washtenaw Co. (WISD area)!

We had a great turnout in this election, and the support from all the communities in the WISD area was phenomenal. While renewal of this millage will not solve the financial difficulties being faced by our schools – not by a long shot – it will help us maintain quality special education services and preserve the shrinking resources available for general education. It was important that our community come together for this, and we did!
